This site on a red route in London presented challenges throughout. With no parking or rear access to the house, we demolished a dangerously built previous extension and installed a beautiful new silicone rendered room to become the new kitchen, utility room and downstairs shower room. In 6 weeks this house was transformed with the new area including underfloor heating and new boiler, fitted kitchen and tiled floors throughout.
