Access was the main restriction on this build. Living on a small street in Bristol meant no rear access so all materials needed to be taken through the house piece by piece, some even needing to be cut in half due to the tight entrance corridor. No parking meant only small vans and no skip so all waste had to be bagged up and taken off site in rubble sacks.
